When you get in touch with Pathfinder, whether through a form, email, or Calendly, we collect only the information necessary to respond to or work with you. Typically, that’s your name, email address, and anything you share in your message.

We use that information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry.

  • Stay in touch during a project.

  • Occasionally send useful updates or articles — but only if you’ve asked for them.

We never sell or share your data with anyone else for marketing purposes. We may use trusted tools like Squarespace, Google Analytics, or Calendly - each of which has its own data privacy practices.
